Morning · loading & setup

9:15 am
The groomsmen meet at your house, 171 Gilbert Drive, Weatherford, TX 76087, to load the van with alcohol, linens and supplies for the venue. Prioritize linens and table settings so staff can set them before the florist arrives.
11:00 am
Set up the KRUU photo booth with volunteer groomsmen. Gift #1 is to be set up with the booth; ask Meg for its details.
11:00 am–1:30 pm
Be in the reception hall with the groomsmen to inflate the LED balloons with the air compressor and install the ceiling display on the white panels.
Ladder · confirm
The Layout page asks whether Shauna can provide a ladder. If not, the plan is for you to bring one with your electrical van. Confirm with Jaclyn / Shauna; the source does not show a final answer.
12:00 pm–1:00 pm
Smoked meat lunch arrives for the wedding party, supplied by your cousins Wade Groves and Tyler Groves. Donuts are also planned for the morning. Bring light snacks if needed.
1:00 pm
Rafael Badillo Photo & Film has confirmed a 1:00 pm arrival on Jaclyn’s page. The Shot List still labels contracted hours 1:30 pm–11:30 pm; confirm that discrepancy with Jaclyn / Rafael.

Getting ready · photo-ready by 2:45 pm

What to bring
The groomsmen guide lists a black suit, white button-down shirt, socks and dress shoes. Meg is leaving the wedding-party vests and ties in the groom’s suite; Jon’s vest is delivered directly by Generation Tux. Your own separate groom outfit details are not specified in these pages.
2:45 pm
Be dressed and photo-ready in your full suit.
Before ceremony
The Shot List requests photos of the groomsmen with their light saber torch presents in the groom’s suite. No separate time is given.
3:00 pm sharp
Bridesmaids group photos and groomsmen group photos. The sources do not give an exact location for these separate group photos; follow Rafael / Jaclyn.
3:15 pm
Meet Meg for your first look at the old car in front of the venue.
3:20 pm–3:45 pm
Full bridal party photos in the back of the venue.
By 4:00 pm
Clear all personal belongings from the groom’s suite. Gary Parker is the Groomsuite Czar for making sure it is empty.
4:00 pm
The ushers arrive at the groom’s suite; Travis McLarty and Jake Williamson will also be there. Programs and signage are handed over to the ushers at that time; the handoff volunteer is still open on the groomsmen page.

Cocktail hour overlaps altar photos. Stay available to Rafael until your combinations are finished.
6:05 pm
Go to the Bride’s Suite with Meg for a few quiet minutes and a plate of wedding food before your reception entrance. Food delivery to the suite is scheduled for 5:50 pm, with plates ready by 6:05 pm. The room is reserved for your quiet time; it can also be a reception breather.

Travis introduces the wedding party, then you and Meg enter the reception hall to “Feathered Indians” — Tyler Childers. He introduces Jake Williamson to run buffet trivia: the first table to answer correctly heads to the buffet.
About 6:50 pm
Join Meg on the dance floor for your first dance: “Wondering Why” — The Red Clay Strays. Jake announces it, about three minutes after the last table is invited to the buffet.

Go with Meg to the cake-cutting table when Jake announces. “Build Me Up Buttercup” — The Foundations plays on the way; “La Vie En Rose” — Louis Armstrong plays when you start cutting.

Stay at the cake for the champagne toast. You thank everyone for coming.
8:10 pm–8:30 pm
Cake and dessert are served.
8:20 pm
Anniversary couples dance on the dance floor: “You’re Still The One” — Shania Twain. Jake invites Kimberly and the other married couples, then DJ E-Roc announces milestones. Your parents just celebrated 50 years.
8:25 pm
Meg tosses the bouquet to “WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!” — RAYE. You toss the Texas Rangers moneyball wrapped in lotto tickets and secured with a garter to “Get Lucky” — Daft Punk feat. Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodgers. You do not remove Meg’s garter. Jake announces.
8:35 pm
Be on the dance floor for Rafael’s group photo of everyone, announced by Jake. “Happy” — Pharrell Williams plays for the photo; “Let’s Get It Started” — Black Eyed Peas follows.
About 8:40 pm–8:45 pm

The alcohol return vehicle is described as likely your truck, not confirmed. Returning the air compressor to Kendra and Travis is listed with Gary as tentative.
Balloon takedown · open
